Unknown.Newly retired and desperate for work, Mick Mack (Finlay Currie) finds his grandson fishing a cat out of the canal. The boy claims that it has been dumped there in a sack, and quarrels with his granddad about keeping it. Later the child's mother finds it and makes to get rid of it, though seems to later changer her mind.
