and then there were none (1945)


Unknown.
Ten people are stranded on an island, where someone is killing them one by one. Whilst looking for clues, two of the potential victims see a cat hiding in a wood pile, and one comments, "...are we the cat or the mouse?"


Then when the killer reveals himself, to explain his cunning plan, he does so whilst stroking a cat, and a certain evil genius thinks, "that's neat, I'll do that when explaining my fiendish plans to James Bond!"
