Catzilla.
A pair of brothers inherit a rundown house, which they plan to do up and sell. Unfortunately for them it's home to a wiley mouse, who does not like the plan. After they exhaust all other attempts to kill it, they resort to not just a cat, but 'One mean pussy.'

To do so they go to the cat pound, viewing others on the way to finding Catzilla.
